Dr. David Perlmutter's books are outstanding; Grain Brain (2013 version) and Brain Maker (2015). Great formats, page turners - so good I have my own copies for reference and review. The 2018 update to Grain Brain is tempting. I just borrowed this new hard cover edition from the library, so we'll see.
