Today's workout:
2 sets bench presses at 4 stacks
2 sets lat pulldowns at 4 stacks
1 set butterfly at 2 stacks
1 set quad lifts at 4 stacks
2 sets preacher curls at 12.5 lbs. each arm
2 sets triceps extensions 1 at 2 stacks, 1 at 3 stacks
1 set behind the head triceps extenstions with 12.5 pounds
10 sit ups (getting easier)
20 bent knee leg lifts
3 sets (12 each leg) inner thigh leg lifts
Increased weight resistance by 1 stack on bench presses, lat pulldowns and butterfly. Will probably keep it there for at least the next 3-4 weeks as those last couple of reps were really hard to do with good form.
Picked up and read "8 Minutes in the Morning" by Jorge Cruise and will be incorporating some of those exercises on the days that I'm not lifting.
