I totally enjoyed my leg workout!!! I kicked the bag and then did floor leg
work. I hit the spin bike after that then the treadmil on incline. I felt like
a million after that workout. I cannot wait until next Thursday to do that
workout again.
Legs Strength training - 30 Lunges, 30 Leg Lifts, 30 Leg Kick Backs
Spin Bike - 10 Min 4.6 mile
Treadmill - 25 minutes 1 mile 162 Calories
Friday: Full Body

I was SO tired when I got home but I did Active 2 on Wii and knocked
out my 30 minute workout!! I did have a cheat today of a brownie so
I knew I had to do it and am so glad I did! I want to reach week
goal of 197, I know I can do it!!! WOO HOO!!
