Well, I followed up on your hypothesis that it is the chocolate that prevents the hand cramps following a high sugar content desert.

So today I had a brownie.

Sure enough - no hand cramps.

Interesting hypothesis that needs no further testing.

I hope I get that same cake recipe next year for my birthday. Yum!

Since I have no chocolate in my home, have no intention of buying any, eating more chocolate is not an issue.
