Been SP for quite a while now. Was one of the "originals" around here when the SP forum was more active. Several of us are just not at our computers as much being in a better state of health than previously. A couple of us have gone and gotten jobs away from home.

The best way to loose weight faster while being on her program is to stay away from grains, using starchy veggies and low glycemic fruits as carbs. Stay off caffiene and sugar. Really eat 5 or 6 times a day. Don't exercise too much. Walk and do light weights a couple times a week. Take whatever supplements are recommended for any conditions you may have that she discusses.

I went from a 12 to a 6 and have never felt better.
