i know this is a off track post, but couldn't help writing to you. I am an indian too who lives in US. I am going to india for 2 months and really freaking out about what to eat. I mean since we are huge carb eaters, I am worried about how to eat and what to eat. Also i know the nutritional info ( carb content, fat content etc) are not always available..
Since you are doing this low-carb dieting, if you can give me some pointers about your diet,I would be really greatful.
