Good to hear, KM. Even if you know that something is helpful, it's hard to deal with yucky side effects.

I hope that you are super proud of yourself so far. My mom quit at least 20 times, and always went back to smoking. Dad quit once, at Lent, and never went back, so it was really hard for him to understand.
