Well last night I did 1.575 miles on the treadmill. I did a weight loss level 1 ifit program that kicked my a$$. It went from 0 incline to 5 then to 10. It stayed on level 10 for 4 minutes and then to level 7 for the rest of the program until the cooldown. About 4 minutes until the cool down I had to put it to a level 5 incline. It was too much. I didn't think that was a level 1. I did the other program before this first 30 minute one and it did not prepare you for it. I was holding on to the bars for dear life. Trudged through it though.
Today I did the 4 miles WATP. So for winter wonderland I'm up to 20.625/200. Making progress.
