Suemi - it's just water! Hang in there. All during August I struggled to maintain my weight, let alone lose any, but it's starting to come off again. Fits and spurts. Argh.
My real goal is to get down to the 190s and stay there, never see the other side of 200 again! But after a while I grew weary of always being out of reach of that goal, so I'm taking a one day at a time, one pound at a time approach. By setting my current weight as my current goal, I'll get there in baby steps.
