I'm a pretty long time member of the TDC. I haven't been active on the site for quite awhile now, but I have strongly been feeling the need to come back. I have been maintaining my loss, in fact, had lost about 15 pounds since my last post here, but lately have been creeping up a little and just basically developing some old habits which is not good of course. I think I got kind of complacent about things. I want to research some new recipes and get to know some new folks here, so I thought I'd start by dropping by and saying a quick hi to everyone!
