I'm eating chicken wings today! I love wings, and of course I'm saving the bones. Putting them in the freezer, and when my freezer actually has a little more room in it I'll put the bones in the crockpot and make some broth. I add some ACV to the water and usually some garlic powder too.
Yesterday I made a version of "jello jigglers" - some of my orange-flavored electrolyte powder mixed the unsweetened gelatin powder. Poured them into silicon molds and placed in the fridge. Once they had firmed up I popped them out of the molds and ate them as a "jello jiggler" treat
