I weighted in on Friday and was down 4lbs. On Saturday, I didn't eat much, then I weighted in on Sunday and I was up 6lbs (6lbs in two days) making me 2lbs up from my last weigh in. This is what arthritis does to you when inflammation flares up, it is so frustrating, but I will get there.
Week 1 (9/3-9/9) -2lbs
Week 2 (9/10-9/16) +2lbs
Week 3 (9/17-9/23)
Week 4 (9/24-9/30)
