I was also excited to see Dr Yancy state that Duke Diet and Fitness Center now offers three carb levels, the lowest being Keto similar to the outline on DietDoctor. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb...l-doctors#yancy

A few years ago a friend of mine attended for two weeks, and although they offered a low carb optional menu, the foods were no where near "low". Not that Dr Yancy didn’t know the right foods, but the nutrionists entrenched there wouldn’t go all that LC. He's been slowly turning that ship around, so having this consensus report lends more support to DFC and any other similar clinic option.
