Well done you, nearly a whole week under your belt. Next week will be easier & then it's a matter of counting weeks, then months & not days.
I got through a night of drinking last night without smoking. Although I'm into week 8 of no smoking it's my first time drinking & not sneaking just the one.
Felt proud this morning I managed it
