Would Vic - say 5 grams - allow you to lose weight faster? Or even zc. I must be missing something. I eat about 20 carbs or less a day. I’ve lost 17 lbs very slowly. About 8 months. ~. 2 lbs/ month. I’m good w: that. NSVs have been good and my energy and health is great. This is the Way To Eat. Just wondering the benefits of zc. Don’t get me wrong, I’m interested in it and want to learn.
