1.11 - 391 - but my measurements are 1/2" less!
1.12 - 392 - ate terrible last night...no more cheat days for me!
1.13 - 393 - ate late last night but measurements going down!
1.14 - 390 - Finally back down. Measurements still going down too.
1.15 - 390 - and another 1/2" off the hips!
1.16 - 390 - hoping within the next 3-5 days I can shed at least 1 pound!!
1.17 - 390 - it won't let go!
1.18 - 388 - Finally! After 13 long days of ups and downs!
1.19 - 387 - Hooray!
1.20 - 388 - ate LATE last night, I'm sure I've got some water retention because it wasn't the best of food.
1.21 - 389 - I've made it 3 weeks into a healthier lifestyle!

I ended this month with a 29 pound loss. I made it through 31 days of a healthier me. This is the second time in my life I've stuck to a change of diet this long. Thank you to everyone for all the words of encouragement I was given. I am definitely sitting next month out - I think it's going to be better for me to start weighing weekly. Maybe I'll change my mind in the morning
