I've been "taking" about 1 gram of cinnamon a day since I read an earlier article about the benefits of cinnamon. It's an easy change to make since it flavors my chorizo and eggs quite nicely. I tend to adopt things that are easy and sound reasonable and I think won't be detrimental to my health.
