Live in Stockport , been on LC SINCE January 5 have lost 21 lbs with 10 to go

How do you find it? I think it's definatly the best diet I have been on...just wish I had done it years ago.

Been up and down with the carbs...going away this week for a holiday with grandchildren and daughter so god know what will happen will have to try really hard.
