Haven't been here in awhile. Lots of stressors hit me hard once after another for a good 2 weeks. Fell off plan, tried to get back on, fell again and so on. Well with the help of my buddy Jo I'm now today day 3 to be back on plan. Day 3 is usually my hardest but I'm feeling strong about getting through today and knowing it will get easier.
