Oh yes nothing like it. I try and keep my carbs under 20. My kids are horrified that I eat fat, sometimes I just get a gob of butter and eat it. My son though has gone keto too. So we support each other. My daughter doesn't understand the concept of eating fat. I can't fault her though we all have been spoon fed low fat nonsense.
