Oh yeah, and brat is a sausage they have here. I'm not a fan of sausages because the animal casing just grosses the heck out of me. The brats I think all have these bad things like nitrates, cornstarch, and sometimes othe things like sugar, brown sugar, etc. I wouldn't call it good low carbing.
