Thanks for posting this review, gotbeer. I must admit to being totally politically incorrect in my diet motivation. This has got nothing to do with health, for me -- this is all about pure vanity. I used to be the hourglass va-va-va-voom type until my early thirties, and now I look awful. I hate being fat. I hate looking at it, feeling it, I hate every part of it. Do I have body acceptance issues? Nah! I'll accept a thin body any day.
