You can go to the Carbquik Site....I think it's www.carbalose.com, and put in your zip and they'll tell you if anyplace within 60 miles of you has it. It seems to be east/central US only at this time, best as I can tell. It's a great product, so I imagine that eventually it'll get into more places. It's essentially almost like bisquick, but with only 6.1 net carbs per cup (110g). This is per the Tova (distributor of CarbQuik) rep. They have to round up numbers on the portion sizes to the nearest gram and round down on the fiber, so we found out that with the 3-lb bag (which has a different, lower-carb formulation than the 1-lb bag) the net per cup is only 6.1 carbs, whereas for a 17g portion it shows as 2 net carbs! I've gone through over half of my 3-lb box in my first week using it, and had to order more already~!
