It's like a quiet serentity. I think the best part is that there isn't another me inside fighting to get back to "normal eating".

Funny you should mention chocolate....a friend asked me the other day if I missed it (she knew I couldn't live w/o it in the old days) and I realized I hadn't had the least craving. It really surprised me.

I wish I could find a LC cooking class here in Toronto like you do in Vancouver. Don't know of any, do you, Karen???
