I am so pleased I found this info - I have just posted a query on crispbreads that I found and did I deduct the fibre content. (general low carb) this post answers my question and also the fact that I have been deducting fibre from everything - which is probably why I had a stall for three weeks and why I could not understand why everyone seems to think you could not eat lots of veg when I was eating lots and lots by the time I had deducted the fibre count - which I now know I should not have done.
I visited a relative just over a week ago and she forgot about my diet and made all the food I should not have had - but did - and now find it very difficult to get started back on the diet. I will keep going though - especially with the support and information from this website.
