4th = 235 (IF my scale is correct!)

8th = 235 WOW I'm really stuck at this weight!
9th = 234 Very encouraging

12th = 235 Back up.
13th = 234 Back DOWN one! YAY
14th = 235 Back up. Up and downsie.....

16th -18th It's UNKNOWN
I BOUGHT a NEW SCALE and the news is not good!

Not a good month, but then again, the new scale is definitely weighing higher than the old one did.

Progress made:
Driving a few times, and swimming a few times.
I'm getting the URGE and IDEA to go swimming now this morning. The start of a new habit I hope.

Tim my dear brother is having his surgery this morning. My sisters took him in at like 5 AM. I'm so GRATEFUL for Obamacare.

Hoping that in August I can get a five pound loss. I KNOW I can do it, God willing, if I just stick to my plan and cut down the calories as well. The intension is there, it's the DOING it that is the problem! LOL

Goals:
Fit into my purple blouse (the upper arms are too tight)
Weigh 243 (a twenty pound loss since Jan. 11th)
