Since you reopened this thread.....I use the analogy of ME ON CARBS IS LIKE AN ALCOHOLIC IN A LIQUOR STORE. I have no control, no thought of consequences. The little voice inside my head tells me that I can eat anything I want and will not gain weight. All the lies!!
