I agree. He is not a friendly and polite person and "so full of himself"...but what if he is right?.

I have been fighting a plateau for almost a year. Been there done that. You name it.

I don't want you to feel bad. I think of it as an opportunity to finally loose weight.

You are all very nice people and I have learned more from you than from the books I've read and I don't want you to feel that I think his program is better that any other or that I am pushing it, I just posted this info here in case it may help someone.
