So another good workout at the Y last night. Kel came and ran some, but she pooped out after a mile or so. She wasn't done being sick. I had another good 5K run. 3 miles walking takes me an hour. These days I can run that in 30 minutes. Good thing - Kel wanted to get back home.

Mile 1 pace: 10:04 min/mile
Mile 2 pace: 9:44 min/mile
Mile 3 pace: 9:36 min/mile
.1 mile "sprint" to the finish: 7:57 min/mile
Total time: 30:10
Overall average pace: 9:44

This was about the same time as the Tuesday run, but I had to work harder for it. Maybe I started too fast. It very well may have been the strong cold brew ice coffee I drank before that last run. I don't normally drink coffee with dinner. I did Tuesday -- quite a bit of it in fact.
