Back to it. The Tillamook Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream was incredible (and on sale!!!), but I really need to do better than that. Returning to a healthier condition, starting off with a 48-72 hour fast. Right now I'm at hour 25 and my stomach is pretty grumpy about the situation.
The air quality index is 162 right now - unhealthy.
As a result of the nasty air, I took it easy and cut down the duration of the walk quite a bit.
1 mile even, time 18:30. 3.1 miles/hr average.
Edit: Tacked on a few single arm dumbbell clean and press
3 sets of 5 repetitions x 30lb dumbbell.
After the fast, I'll start back on intermittent fasting, which works amazingly well, even for an old guy with a slowing metabolism.
