100 crunches spread through the day (25 morning, 50 afternoon, 25 evening)
20 inner thigh weights reps of 2
10 minutes stationary cycling
10 reps on an ab machine i forget the name of
cycling for 1 hour

calories burned approx 750

yesterday i was quite fatigued and today i am too; it felt like i was dying after just a couple hours of shopping! either i'm coming down with atkins flu or it's my SAD(seasonal affective disorder) kicking in, either way sadface. ):
