The jog/walking is going well, now up to jog200/walk100. I am more focused on getting out MWF for these sessions and sticking to my jog/walk ratio throughout than just clocking up steps every day, though I usually get out for an interesting walk with one friend on Thursdays and Sundays. Tuesdays and Saturdays feature a trip to the shops, and if I am not inspired to do over-and-above what is required to get round town so be it.
