If I don't weigh every day, my weight is likely to shoot back up. I was able to knock off a couple pounds last weekend because I went on vacation and I did a lot of physical activity, including walking 10 miles in one day. Also, I find it easier not to eat or to eat correctly when I am with groups of people. I enjoy socializing, so I don't think about eating that much.

Writing my weight down daily, which makes me reflect on the ups and downs of my weight and also what I've eaten, also makes me realize that I don't get enough daily physical activity.

I did intermittent fasting from 7:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., then I had coffee with MCT oil in it, so that shouldn't disrupt the ketones.
