Hi everyone hope your all doing well. I'm still hanging in there. Started Atkin's low carb Oct 18th 2018. I have been doing strict low carb no cheat's. I feel better but a little disappointed. l've only lost 10 lbs .I was hoping to see a lose today. Avoiding the yummy food's my family eats like the plague.And the holiday's coming up.It's really hard especially when someone say's one bite's not going to hurt you. Yes it will worked to hard to give in now. I don't exercise can't walk far due to awful hip leg and foot pain. This is what I have for breakfast 2 slice thick cut bacon,2 scrambled in coconut oil eggs,3 sliced strawberry's coffee plain. Lunch today baked chicken thigh meat with a slice of pepperjack cheese water with crystal light. Supper green salad with boiled eggs and grilled chicken breast. Most of my meals are similar to this.So why haven't I lost more weight. Really trying hard for my health.
