loves these, but made some adjustments and have been having these for breakfast for the last couple of weeks:
1 egg
1 table spoon ground hazelnut (or almond)
2 table spoons flax seed
1 tea spoon ground coconut
1 table spoon protein powder
2 table spoons coconut oil
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
good dash of cinnamon
4 drops banana flavour (I get this from here:
http://www.myprotein.com/ie/products/flavdrops)
cream cheese
Mix everything up like the original recipe (excluding the cream cheese)
Nuke it in the microwave on high for 1 minute (I use a flat container, so the end result is more like a 1 inch thick slice of bread or cake)
Let it cool on a rack a little and then spread some cream cheese on top - yummy!!!
