This is so ill-defined as to be meaningless. In the worst of my low-fat, vegetarian, pass-me-another-rice-cake spell; I ate less than 25 grams of fat a day.

On the Keto that works for me, I'm 125 grams of fat a day!

4 carbs a day instead of 300. 70 grams of protein instead of 30, and I routinely go up to 120.

What's "moderate" anyway
