This doesn't make sense to me:

They seem to be saying that there is some chemically different thing between an orange and the juice squeezed out of that orange. They don't seem to be suggesting this is just about the difference in quantity of sugar that you get from eating an orange vs. drinking a glass of OJ.

I can't figure out if this is real or if they're just trying to placate people with the usual "fruit is good for you" routine.
