Thanks for the support all.....
When I graze it's low carb grazing and I don't exceed 40 net carbs I just end up eating more like 1800-1900 calories.
My preference is to keep my calories between 1400-1600. I know that's not specifically an Eades guideline but I figure that's what I'll need to maintain my goal weight so....
You're right LarryAJ, it is a mind game... I call it "Mind over Fatter." I play that game daily....
