The last couple weeks have been stressful and frustrating! Yesterday went to a bike blessing event and had lots of alcohol without eating 😯😏. Had lots of fun 😁 Finally had to eat and went and got a baconator fries. Mmm was so good! Then got home and tummy still felt like an empty pit. I then went for the pizza rolls. A plate full! Then woke up in night and ate like 4 spoons of pb and jelly. Wasn't going to weigh myself this morning but said F*** it, it's a new week. I gotta get myself back in control. I've been doing a back n forth with my eating. Once again let me restart! I can do this I know I can 😀
