Due to illness, I haven't worked out properly for several weeks now ... two weeks of when I was actually ill, and then a couple of weeks not really feeling up to it. Anyway, I finally got back to the gym yesterday.
Yesterday:
3 mile power walk (outside), followed by stretching routine
Today:
FBWO
Bicep curls
Shoulder presses
Pec Flyes
Delt Flyes
Bench Press
Triceps Pulldowns
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Squats
Lunges
Calf raises
I wanted to ease myself back in, so kept to 3 x 8 reps for each, with fairly low weights.
