Wow, it's been over a month since I've been here.
Today's weights.
Bicep curls (2 pounds) 3 sets 30 reps
Shoulder press (2 pounds) 3 sets 20-15-15 reps
Standing flies (2 pounds) 3 sets 15 reps
Calf raises 30
Abs 100 crunches, 20 leg lifts
I did not do cardio, but am going to a classic car show that will require some walking. I'll be happy with a mile at any pace.
