You just reminded me of something. Probiotic yogurt used to help. I had to stop taking it because it caused a burning sensation. it might be worth tring a probiotic supplement.

I have in the past cut out dairy without any change. The first 2 weeks of Atking I had very little dairy. Now that I think about it, the times when I have been at my worst is when I haven't had yogurt in my diet. I can't be totally certain of that but it strikes a cord.

I should be able to increase raw veg. I'll give anything a try.
