It could be possible, but generally if you don't have a lot of weight to lose (even though it might seem so to you!) the poundage loss is slow.

Why don't you post what you eat? You may be eating hidden carbs that you're not aware of. Eating artificial sweeteners, even though low in carbs can also be a problem.

There are a couple of slow losers on this forum who are very content with their slow loss because they are looking at it from a health perspective with weight loss being a bonus. They also feel great through low-carbing which keeps them on track.
