Default Jay's lofty ambitions :-)

Here goes then.
The plan: to simply log what I do. It'll keep my journal for waffle musings and general feelings.
This I shall keep to the he bare bones of what, how long, and good or bad outcomes.

We will start with today :-).

Morning:
5x5 lowbar back squat 85kg
3x5 over arm strict pull up
2x5 10kg under arm pull up
5x5 50 kg bench press
3x5 85 kg snatch grip dead lift
