I just bought some ground pork so I intend to try this in the next few days. DH loves sausage and I just can't find one that I like as well as what some restaurants get ... looking forward to trying this one! And patties are so much easier to cook than links (meaning I intend to teach DH to fry his own while he fries his eggs. It should be a welcome change from ham.)!!
