The SBD Food lists and Meal Plan Charts are in this thread, 2nd and 3rd posts...for you to use and learn from. I suggest that you print them up, 2 copies, one for your fridge and one to carry with you especially when you go food shopping!!

March has 5 weeks....average weight loss per week, 1.5-2 lbs a week for 5 weeks? Sounds good to me!!!
