Coles Farmland brand - Italian Roma Tomatoes Diced only 2.1g carbs per100g. Very handy, very tasty... for tinned tomatoes!

Zedgirl, the Cornwell soy sauce you listed, available at "Farmer Jacks", is that a supermarket or a specialty store/health store. Really interested in getting a lower soy sauce, as the lowest I have found is Kikkoman less salt Soy sauce at 11g carbs per 100mls. I love Soy sauce! Thanks.
