Phase 1 complete. Cravings are gone and I really eat a whole lot less than I used to because I get full easier. I'm a little bummed, I weigh myself every day to see how my body reacts to certain things, and I had 2 bad days this week.

On Wednesday I had to travel with my boss 3 hours away for a meeting, we normally eat at a diner that has an awesome chef salad, but our meeting ran long and we stopped at 2:30 at McDonalds (had breakfast at 6). I was driving, so you can't exactly drive and eat a salad. Chicken sandwich there.

Then Thursday I had an all day training, with lunch provided. I've gone before and they normally have a pulled pork in a vinegar and pepper sauce and some veggies. Not this time, beef briscuit in some sugary mess and candied ham. BARF. I got the worst headache from that.

At any rate, the chicken sandwich on Wed didn't affect my loss, but I gained 4 pounds after Thursday's lunch. I was so mad. I've only gotten 2 of it back off, so my low this week was 215.5 and the stupid sugar mess I got stuck in made me gain.

Headed to the store today to get myself some raspberries. I had carrots in a salad yesterday which I counted as part of my ph 2 transition.
