I do not track them. I just track what I eat. No sugar, carby stuff, no soda, no snacks, and no cheating. I also fast 19-5. I do meats and then veggies 2 times a week.

I do have to stay away from a few things but it all about trying what works for you. weighing really helps. tell you what food are working.
