Well I made it a second day!! I did:
Strength training
Pull Down: 70lbs 2 sets of 20 reps
Compound Row: 60lbs 2 sets of 20 reps
Overhead Press: 50lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
Lateral Raise: 50s 2 sets of 12 reps
Tricept Extension: 50lbs 2 sets of 20 reps
I also did 5 minutes on the treadmill at a 1% incline 3.0 speed.
